The Summer Mindfulness Series
A mindfulness and meditation group experience. Groups take place Thursday evenings beginning July 25, and continuing on August 1, August 8, August 15, 2019 from 7:30pm-9:00pm
This four part series incorporates learning and experience. Each week will consist of various mindfulness exercises and will conclude with a guided meditation. Through conversation and practice, participants will get to know how mindfulness and meditation can enhance their lives. Come to learn and practice together!
