With over 15 years of clinical experience, Andrea is dedicated to building meaningful, supportive connections with her clients.
She works with individuals aged 15 and up, supporting a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, stress, and behavioural addictions such as gambling, gaming, and technology use. Andrea brings both expertise and a genuine commitment to helping people navigate these struggles and build healthier, more fulfilling lives.
As a facilitator-in-training for Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Andrea weaves mindfulness techniques into her work, helping clients cultivate greater self-awareness and resilience. Outside of her clinical work, Andrea values quality time with her family and prioritizes self-care, recognizing the importance of nurturing her own well-being.
